This year’s event is proudly a fundraiser for Mates in Construction, with all profits going directly to support their vital work.

Entry Fee:
Registration is $100 +GST per Vehicle (Car, Bike, Truck etc not per person). This fee secures your spot for all weekend activities—including the Saturday show, cruises, spot prizes, and social events.

Accommodation:
Civil Contractors NZ members will receive an exclusive discount code for Wairakei Resort Taupō, provided upon registration. Use this code when booking your room to access special rates and make your stay even better.

Friday 14th November: Evening Cruise
Arrive at Wairakei Resort Taupō, check in at your own pace, and organise your own dinner—catch up with mates or do your own thing, there will be a evening cruise around Taupō. Regional convoy arrivals are encouraged for extra fun and camaraderie.

Saturday 15th November: Main Event

• 7:00am-8:30am- Breakfast Wairakei Resort Taupō (for those that arrived Friday)
• 8:45am Leave Wairakei Resort together and drive to Tongariro Domain
• 9:00am-11:00am Show and Shine at Tongariro Domain, (opportunities to go for a cruise in vehicles along the Taupō waterfront with donations on the day) 
• 11:30am -1:30pm Cruise and lunch (Lunch location TBC)
• Free time 1:30pm free time
• 6:00pm- Dinner/ Prizegiving at the Wairakei Resort

Sunday 16th November: Farewell Day
Everyone will set off together for a final cruise through Taupō before saying their goodbyes and heading home.
